Başvuru formunu doldurmak veya formda belirtilen ücretin tamamını ya da bir kısmını ödemek suretiyle, Veliler/Veliler sözleşmeyi Collège du Léman Sàrl ile birlikte ve müteselsilen imzalamış olur. Veliler/Veliler, 2024 yaz kampına ilişkin bu Genel Şartları, özellikle de İptal koşullarını kayıtsız şartsız okumuş ve kabul etmiş olurlar. Ayrıca burada yer alan hükümlerin, okul tarafından (okulun takdirine bağlı olarak) güncellenebileceğini veya değiştirilebileceğini kabul ederler.
Bir öğrencinin 2024 yaz kampındaki yeri ancak Collège du Léman’a aşağıdakilerin ulaşmasıyla kesinleşir ve korunur:
Veliler tarafından doldurulmuş ve imzalanmış Başvuru Formu, ve
Veliler tarafından yapılan ödeme.
Kamp ücretleri vadesinde ödenmezse, Collège du Léman kaydı iptal etme ve yeri başka bir öğrenciye verme hakkını saklı tutar.
Herhangi bir oturumun veya Premium Seçeneğin iptali, aşağıdaki tabloya göre geri ödeme hakkı doğurur:

Öğrenci, planlanan kamp bitiş tarihinden önce ayrılırsa (okulla önceden özel bir anlaşma yapılmadığı sürece), oturum ücreti tamamen Collège du Léman Sàrl’ye bırakılır ve ayrıca doğmuş diğer borçlar da tahsil edilir.
By filling in the application form, or by paying (even a portion of) the amount due indicated therein, Parents/Guardians conclude jointly and severally a contract with Collège du Léman Sàrl. Parents/Guardians have read and accepted without reservation these General Conditions for the 2024 summer camp, and in particular the Cancellation conditions. They acknowledge that the Terms and Conditions contained herein may be updated or amended by the School (as determined by the School at its discretion).
A place is confirmed and kept for the Student for the 2024 summer camp upon receipt by Collège du Léman of:
the Application duly filled in and signed by Parents/Guardians, and
the payment by Parents/Guardians.
Should the camp fees not be paid by the due date, Collège du Léman has the right to cancel the registration and offer the place to another child.
Any cancellation of Session or Premium Option entitles to a refund according to the following:

If the student leaves before the scheduled end of his or her stay (unless prior arrangement has been made with the school), the total amount for the session will be forfeited in full to Collège du Léman Sàrl in addition to other due amounts.
