Katılımcının yeniden rezervasyon veya iptal bildiriminin Derneğe faks, taahhütlü posta veya e-posta yoluyla yapılması gerekir.

Rezerve edilmiş bir kursun uzatılması ücretsiz olarak mümkündür. Bir kursun kısaltılması veya yeniden rezervasyonu, kurs başlangıcından 14 gün öncesine kadar 50 € işlem ücreti karşılığında mümkündür. Bu tarihten sonra iptal koşulları geçerlidir.

Katılımcı, iptal etmesi halinde aşağıdaki masrafları üstlenir:

Yoğun kurslar ve bireysel kurslar:

• Kurs başlangıcından 14 günden daha önce iptal edilirse: dokuz haftaya kadar olan kurslar için 200 €, uzun süreli kurslar için 2.000 €.
• Konaklama ve yemek hizmeti olmayan kurslar için iptal ücreti yukarıda belirtilen ücretin yarısıdır (100 € veya 1.000 €).
• Bu tarihten sonra iptal edilirse: dokuz haftaya kadar olan kurslar için 500 €, uzun süreli kurslar için 3.500 €.
• Konaklama ve yemek hizmeti olmayan kurslar için iptal ücreti yukarıda belirtilen ücretin yarısıdır (250 € veya 1.750 €).

Yarı zamanlı kurslar (Cumartesi ve Akşam kursları):

• Kurs başlangıcından 14 günden daha önce iptal edilirse: 50 €.
• Bu tarihten sonra iptal edilirse: 100 €.

Herhangi bir kursa katılmama durumunda, rezervasyon onayında belirtilen tam ücret ödenir. Ancak bu tutar, dört haftalık bir kursun (tam normal ücret) bedeliyle sınırlıdır ve başlangıçta rezerve edilen ek hizmetleri de kapsar.

Katılımcı, ortaya çıkan zararın sabit ücret tutarından daha az olduğunu veya hiç zarar meydana gelmediğini kanıtlayabilir.

Katılımcı tarafından rezervasyonu yapılan binicilik, tenis, yelken, kayak gibi ek ücretli aktiviteler, en geç varıştan önceki Çarşamba gününe kadar ücretsiz iptal edilebilir. Bu tarihten sonra bu ücretlerin iadesi mümkün değildir.

Sınavlar, Derneğin iş birliği yaptığı kurumun belirlediği özel iptal koşullarına tabidir. Güncel iptal koşulları www.telc.net (Telc gGmbH), www.testdaf.de ve www.testas.de (Gesellschaft für Akademische Studienvorbereitung und Testentwicklung e. V.) internet sitelerinde bulunabilir.

Dernek, katılımcının hastalık gibi durumlarda ödenmiş ücretin iadesini alabilmesi için seyahat iptal sigortası yaptırmasını tavsiye eder.

The Association must be notified of the Participant’s rebooking or cancellation by fax, registered mail or email.

The extension of a booked course is possible free of charge. The curtailment or rebooking of a course is possible until 14 days prior to the course start for a processing fee of 50,- euros. After this point the terms of cancellation apply.

The Participant shall incur the following costs as a result of his cancellation:

Intensive courses and individual courses:

• More than 14 days prior to the beginning of the course, the cancellation fee is EUR 200.00 for courses up to a duration of nine weeks, or EUR 2,000.00 for long-term courses.
• The cancellation fee for courses without accommodation and board is half of the above mentioned fee, i.e. EUR 100.00 or EUR 1,000.00.
• After this point, the cancellation fee is EUR 500.00 for courses up to a duration of nine weeks, or EUR 3,500.00 for long-term courses.
• The cancellation fee for courses without accommodation and board is half of the above mentioned fee, i.e. EUR 250.00 or EUR 1,750.00.

Part-time courses (Saturday- and Evening courses):

• More than 14 days prior to the beginning of the course, the cancellation fee is EUR 50.00.
• After this point, the cancellation fee is EUR 100.00.

For any course in the event of non-attendance, the full price (pursuant to the booking confirmation) will be due, albeit limited to the amount due for a four-week course (full regular fee), including additional services as originally booked.

The Participant shall be permitted to provide evidence that the damages incurred in the respective case are less than the fixed-rate sum, or that no damages have been incurred at all.

Fee-based additional offerings booked by the Participant, such as horse riding, tennis, sailing, skiing and similar, can be canceled free of charge until the Wednesday before arrival, at the latest. After this point, it is not possible for these costs to be refunded.

Examinations are subject to special cancellation conditions, which are determined by the Association’s cooperation partner. The cancellation conditions currently valid can be found on the websites www.telc.net (Telc gGmbH) and www.testdaf.de, as well as www.testas.de (both Gesellschaft für Akademische Studienvorbereitung und Testentwicklung e. V.).

The Association recommends that the Participant takes out a travel cancellation insurance policy so that the amount paid will be refunded to the Participant in the event of illness, for example.
